Shipping Policy

Currently we ship within Australia only.

 

Standard shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post is shown at checkout.

 

Tracking details will be forwarded to you once your shipment has despatched. 

 

Delivery lead time from despatch will be between 2-10 business days, depending on destination. 

Returns Policy

Our goal is to provide a positive shopping experience for our valued customers, that reflects our commitment to quality and service. Our common sense approach to returns and refunds will allow you to shop with confidence.

No Fault Return

In the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives and is damaged, incorrectly supplied or faulty, please contact us within 7 days* of receipt to discuss your preferred resolution. Please ensure to include your purchase date, details of your order, and photos to illustrate the issues encountered. We will make every effort to ensure a quick resolution is offered – we will require supplied products to be returned to us, unused and in the original packaging. 

 

Once a no fault return has been established, and if goods are to be returned to us at our expense, we will provide the appropriate shipping labels. Items must be despatched back to us within 7 days of the return being approved, and a return label being provided. Once the items have been received with us and reviewed in relation to your claim, either a refund or replacement item will be arranged. Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of goods with us for a credit to be processed back to your original payment method. If a replacement item is preferred, we will make every effort to expedite production for you.  

 

*Unless in the case of exceptional circumstances, advice after this 7 day window will not be considered a no fault return, and no immediate refund will be available.

Change of Mind

Please note, as most of our products are made to order, we do not offer a refund for change of mind. 

  

 

 

Customised Orders

Please note, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any bespoke orders made specifically to a customer’s requirements.
